Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
By transmitting your content to Interior Kollection, you grant Interior Kollection exclusive rights to use the content without restriction, including transfer to a third party, which Interior Kollection requires for publication and dissemination, even in part, to the website. Interior Kollection is entitled to store or release content, and reserves the right of cancellation, reduction, modification or correction of such content.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Interior Kollection.
Interior Kollection has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Interior Kollection shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Services, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your personal data and payment details. As part of the registration as a member of the website you will be invited to submit personal data to Interior Kollection. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you submit is complete and correct.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. Interior Kollection reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
You reserve the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Interior Kollection via email with full details of your order. Notification by telephone is not sufficient. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning your order to Interior Kollection at your own cost. In addition, you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged whilst in your possession and / or whilst in transit back to Interior Kollection. Interior Kollection reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition. In such instances, Interior Kollection will provide you with the reason why a full refund has not been applied. Products that fall into the following categories cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they are proven by the customer to be faulty. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please email email@example.com immediately. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Interior Kollection will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
Interior Kollection Customer Services team will contact you if there are any problems with your order or the information provided by you.
Please allow 7-21 days for delivery on all items, however if you are local to us then the delivery may possibly be sooner. If you require a special delivery, any extra charges are to be paid by you, the customer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you make your order to discuss Shipping Costs or if you require shipping abroad.
Delivery will only be made to addresses within the UK unless otherwise arranged with our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. It is your responsibility to accept delivery at your chosen address. Interior Kollection has no liability to you in the event that its obligations to ship products to you ceases to exist when, Interior Kollection, through no fault of its own, does not receive goods in full or on time from suppliers, (provided always that Interior Kollection will always inform customers as soon as reasonably practicable of the failure of its supplier). In such circumstances any payments made by you will be refunded.
Interior Kollection reserves the right to cancel any contract with you if delivery fails three times through your fault. Payments already made will be refunded. Interior Kollection reserves the right to charge you for additional costs that it may incur due to failed deliveries. If your goods remain at our premises for more than four weeks, during which time you fail to accept delivery/redelivery (despite Interior Kollection having contacted you to do so), you may incur a storage charge. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of you order value
Should you simply change your mind and wish to return your item then you will need to inform us within 5 days of the item being received and signed for. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery.
You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned at your cost, securely packaged within five days of receipt of your order. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged. Unfortunately we will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging.
All sale items have a no returns policy. All items for returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept any return without these requirements being met.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. All damages on smaller items sent by APC Couriers must be notified to us within 72 hours of being received and signed for. All damages on larger items and Mirrors must be checked and signed for before the furniture courier leaves your property. Once they have been signed for and left in your care, damages will unfortunately not be accepted.
On accepted returns the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received back to us, therefore we recommend you use a registered, insured postal service and retain proof of postage. Please take good care of items you wish to return in order to receive a refund. Until the receipt of unwanted items are received, you are both liable and responsible for the condition of goods inclusive of damage, destruction and loss in transit.
Please ensure the product is packaged in it’s original packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives back in a resellable condition. We will not accept returns without the original packaging. We do not accept returns on our Bespoke items.
If you decide that you wish to return furniture items it is only possible to return furniture items when they do not clearly meet the design specifications (as laid out in their description). Interior Kollection reserve the right to refuse a refund or may deduct a small charge based on the condition of the items upon return if necessary. If an item is proven to be faulty (in writing to Interior Kollection) you will be reimbursed the cost of return. In cases where you have ‘changed your mind’ but the item is not faulty, you will be liable for the cost of return or collection.
All products should be returned to the following address using a courier and insurance appropriate to the item being returned. We will not be held responsible for failure of delivery on return.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right to do so no longer than 7 working days from and including the day on which you receive your delivery. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
